Ingredients:

500 gms fine flour (maida)
2 tbsp refined oil 
Warm water as required
Oil to fry
Salt to taste 


Method:


1. Take fine flour in a bowl, add oil, salt & mix well.

2. Then knead dough soft dough by adding warm water.

3. Keep it covered for 15- 20 mins.

4. Make equal small size balls & roll them in round shape.

5. Repeat same with remaining dough.

5. Heat oil in a pan & deep fry luchi till light golden from both sides. 

6. Serve hot with any vegetable of your choice.
