Mix Fruit Raita

Ingredients:


3 cups curd (yogurt)
2 tbsp banana cut into small cubes
1 tbsp apple cut into small cube
1 tbsp ripe mango cut into small cubes
1 tbsp papaya cut into small cubes
1 tbsp grapes black & green both
1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
1/2 tbsp kiwi fruit cut into small cubes
1/2 tbsp pineapple cut into small cubes
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Sugar to taste
Salt to taste

Method:


1. Whisk the curd with hand mixer (Mathni) properly, mix salt, sugar, vanilla essence. 

2. Add all the fruits to the curd.

3. Garnish mixed fruit raita with pomegranate seeds.

4. keep the raita in the refrigerator to cool for 1-2 hours.

5. Serve chilled.
