Boondi Raita

Boondi Raita


Ingredients:


100 grams boondi
1 cup dahi (yogurt)
2 tsp suger
1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1-2 green chillies chopped
2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves chopped
Salt to taste

Method:


1. Whisk dahi (yogurt) till smooth. 

2. Add suger, salt, green chillies, pinch of red chilli powder, half the roasted cumin seed powder
    & half the chopped coriander leaves.

3. Add boondi & mix well. Turn the raita in a serving dish.

4. Garnish with the remaining roasted cumin seed powder, coriander leaves & red chilli
    powder.

5. Serve chilled.
